What To Expect
Each session Brandon will provide the proper equipment or have the equipment accessible. Training can be done at a location of your choice. Whether you choose to workout at your home, office, community gym, a park or the beach, Brandon can make it happen! Brandon does focus on proper form, alignment and breathing in order to optimize every session and make sure you get the best workout. Each training session will be different based on each individuals personal goals. Sessions are either 40 minutes or 60 minutes and the amount of days per week will depend on each individuals goals. The more sessions per week determine the effectiveness of the results. Please make sure you are well nourished 1-2 hours prior to your scheduled session. Health is wealth. Ask yourself how much time your health is worth. The more time we spend improving your health; The more we increase your wealth.

Trainer Bio
Brandon Mercado is a Fitness Professional with a master certification in Personal Training. He possesses an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to physical fitness and overall health. Brandon absolutely loves doing what he is passionate about. Brandon truly wants to make a difference in helping others to achieve a healthier lifestyle and reach goals. Making long term client relationships is important to him.
Physical fitness has been a way of life for Brandon his entire life. He has gone on foot from Florida to Michigan twice - once relay style and the other time solo over 1400 miles for a nonprofit organization to help raise money for cancer patients. Brandon has also gone solo on foot from Florida to Maine over 1900 miles to raise money and awareness for an individual who battles ALS and his family. Brandon has run multiple ultra-marathons, from 30-100 miles, including completing (3) 100-milers. One of the 100-milers was completed in under 24-hours.
Brandon started training jiu jitsu in 2016. He has been training and competing in gi and no gi for over 9 years. Brandon started teaching jiu jitsu in 2021 for both kids and adults. Brandon has been a brown belt since 2022 and started training MMA in 2023. Brandon is the winner of the (fight2win) 243 brown belt no gi 180Ib . Brandon is the 2024 IBJJF International Tampa Open Champion brown belt gi medium heavy. Brandon is the 2025 IBJJF International Miami Open Champion brown belt gi heavy. Brandon is the 2025 IBJJF International Orlando Summer Open Champion brown belt gi open class. He competed at IBJJF Worlds Masters Championship and IBJJF Pans Championship gi brown belt.
Brandon is passionate about helping others to achieve their fitness/lifestyle goals. Throughout your fitness journey he is available not only in your sessions but also via text/phone or email. He is looking forward to creating custom workouts based on your needs and goals of which he will assist and support you every step of the way. Brandon has previously worked in a corporate gym environment, and it was more about the policies of the gym instead of the individual client's needs. Brandon feels strongly that every client is different and should be trained based on their own unique goals and abilities. He would like to give his clients the very best, safe and effective workout possible. He wants their workouts to be fun yet challenging.
